Ileana was one of the kindest managers I have ever had. I will never forget how in an on-going period of ill health she would check in with me and encourage me to rest to make sure that I recovered. Her main concern was the wellbeing of her staff. I will miss her greatly, and will always remember her extremely fondly. Thanks to Ileana for being an inspiration to me at work. Jo Rota xxx
