I 24th February 2016

To my Aunt: Thank you for everything. All the memories, the fun times, the trips, the love. I only wish I was able to tell you this in person. You were one in a million. I am moved, but not surprised, by all the kind words and messages about you. No matter where you were in the world, you always made sure that distance meant nothing, and that you were only a phone call, an email, or a short plane ride away. Our family was connected by love. Thank you for Rachel. I remember when I found out I was going to have a baby cousin! I wrote a letter to Santa asking him for tickets to fly everyone to RI so I could meet my days old cousin. Rachel is my second sister and I am so lucky to have her in my life. You and Russ raised an unbelievable girl. She is so smart, so loving, so open minded, so strong, so brave. I promise to always be there for her. Please watch over our family. We miss you so much. I know you are with the angels now, and that gives me peace. I love you forever. "Perhaps they are not the stars, but rather openings in Heaven where the love of our lost ones pours through and shines down upon us to let us know they are happy." All of my love, i
