Ileana was one of the very few people really did make a difference to the lives of many. Through her nursing career she helped improve the health and lives of all who passed through her care. She recognised how technology, in many forms could help support patients and 'enable' those who had previously been 'disabled' . Her drivers were always to help others through compassion and support and there will be many people in many countries whose lives are better because of Ileana Welte A life taken far to early, my thoughts are with her family God bless her Simon Jones
