I was very saddened today to learn that Ileana has passed away. She was by far one of the most amazing people I have had the pleasure of knowing. Whilst working at BWW, she made every person feel extremely welcome and cared about, irregardless of what part of the organisation you worked in. My fondest memories of her include her admiration of my 'funky flowery shoes', how when she returned from a trip from the US she bought me a 'funky phone case' because she thought it reflected me as a person and I would like it (I totally loved it, but what I loved more was how thoughtful and selfless she was). We would also have lengthy conversations about star wars, and I gave her a couple of my figurines. When I left BWW she asked in a rather sad way 'I guess you'll want to take these with you' and I told her 'no, they belong to you now'. Ileana, you belong to the stars now. May you R.I.P and I will miss you tremendously. -Femma
