Ileana always brought energy, colour and the jangling of jewellery into the office. She was amazingly committed to her work, but always had time to chat, making a point of going asking everyone how they were. She was also very generous - I will always remember the time that she brought in bunches of tulips which she had bought on the spur of the moment at the tube station and shared them out. She made people feel valued and listened to, and starting out in my first job, I feel very lucky to have benefited from this supportive atmosphere. Thank you Ileana. Katie Barron xx
