I was so very sad to learn of Ileana's sudden death today. What a loss to all who knew her. I worked with her at Big White Wall for just a year and she helped to make my time there challenging, stimulating, welcoming and fun. I loved her directness and cut to the chase approach. She had such a vision for the business but was also keen to bring everyone with her and listen to all opinions and views. Her personality was as much a part of Big White Wall as her professionalism, passion and expertise, with an innate sense of fun and also a deal of thoughtfulness for everyone there. She will always be one of the people I feel very glad to have had the opportunity to meet and work with. My thoughts are with her family, friends and colleagues at such a sad time.
